Mahurat of the movie - Club 60
Club 60
‘Life’ is a Member Here
The Mahurat of the feature film “Club 60”, a light hearted movie which is guaranteed to bring out some optimism in your life, saw the complete star cast of the movie along with the production team on board. In a country where a large number of movies are made and released consistently, here stands out a concept which will take the movie to the top. And since this is supported by a team of good veteran actors like Farooq Sheikh, Sarika, Satish Shah, Tinu anand, Raghubir Yadav and Sharat Saxena then there is no better movie to wait for.
A movie which has a byline of “life' is a member here”, Club 60 had an eventful Mahurat with the director and writer Mr. Sanjay Tripathy speaking about his inspiration and the process of writing the script for this film. On the occasion of the mahurat “Club 60” – his baby, writer-director Sanjay Tripathy said “This story is inspired from my personal experience and a close observation of people whom I interacted with in a south Mumbai club when I joined it four years ago. They largely inspire the characters of this script.”
Club 60 provides a sneak a peek into the lives of youthful people who are not 60 years old but 60 years YOUNG and hence have a zest to live their lives on their own terms. The Plot of Club 60 surrounds the fact that any pain however intense can be overcome. It’s a movie which in its own unique way creates a positive impact towards life.
The characters of this film are not the ones who sit in an old age home, indulged in self-pity, counting their days and monthly pension. Instead they live life on their own terms. Their lives revolve around the tennis court of a club, where they go berserk. They play, fight, abuse or even bitch. They can very well put 16 year olds to shame when they talk of wine, women and sex. But can this no-holds-barred life of these naughty and dirty old men- as they are outwardly perceived- actually inspire a dejected couple to fall back in love with life again? That’s the question which CLUB 60 answers.
Club 60 – A movie based on a team of five naughty 60 years YOUNG who enjoy life on their own terms and how they inspire a depressed and dejected couple to come to terms with life again. Meet them in club 60 only to realize that 'life actually begins at 60'. The film is an emotional roller coaster ride, which will sensitize people without being serious.

she is not bothered about the gossip - Katrina Kaif
Katrina Kaif, who is teaming up with Salman Khan again in ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, says she is not bothered about the gossip that goes around regarding her and the actor.
Katrina reportedly dated Salman when she started off her career in Bollywood but later separated. And their new movie has got the rumour mills spinning again. She was last seen with the ‘Dabangg’ star in 2008 movie ‘Yuvraaj’.
“When we start working for a movie we go in as professionals. I am here to do my job and if people want to highlight baseless stories then it`s up to them. I don`t think that these stories will have any affect on my work and the film.
“I am never bothered about such stories. Why should I? I think it`s what every actor goes through. When you start working in the industry, people taking about you becomes a part of your life. Why analyse it so much?” Katrina told .
The 27-year-old actress, who first starred alongside Salman in ‘Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya’, said she is excited to work with him again.”I am excited about the film, it`s shaping up good. Salman is working with Yash Raj for the first time and it`s my second film with them. It`s always fun working with Salman, he makes everything very comfortable on the sets,” she said.
Katrina is also working in another Yash Raj film opposite Shah Rukh Khan. The untitled film will mark the comeback of veteran director Yash Chopra after a gap of eight years.
“I am enjoying working with Shah Rukh and Yashji. Yashji is a living legend in Indian cinema and working with him has been a learning experience for me. I am very fortunate to have got an opportunity to work with him. Working with him is magical.
“And Shah Rukh is a wonderful co-star. I have learnt so much from him,” she said.
With hits like ‘Singh Is Kinng’, ‘Raajneeti’, ‘Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani’ and ‘Namastey London’ to her credit, Katrina has always been experimental with her choice of roles.

Dr.Talwar Fail to Commit To Take Action Against The Greedy Doctors.- SATYAMEV JAYATE
(By Purvi Chaudhary) 4th episode of Aamir Khan’s ‘Satyamev Jayate’ threw light on the frail health care system that is prevalent in the country. The episode saw a family sharing the tragic loss of life of one of their family members to forcible surgery conducted without their consent.
The show also shed light on a number of other such medical cases where patients suffering from minor ailments were recommended to undergo surgeries on the pretext of extracting more money from them. To understand what the Medical Council of India (MCI), a statutory body regulating medical colleges, affiliation, new colleges, and doctors’ registration is doing to tackle such frauds, Aamir spoke to Dr KK Talwar, the Board of Governors.
Aamir proved better than the nasty Karan Thapar while interviewing Dr KK Talwar, and looked more like an interrogator questioning the accused who was liable to answer to not one but many who sought answers.
Dr KK Talwar fell short of words and could only commit to Aamir and the people of India to take stringent actions against doctors who have turned corrupt and whose main intention is to mint money.
Aamir read out the statistics of the percentage of doctors in England whose license were permanently cancelled in the past 3 years. But according to the RTI filed by Aamir and his team, not even a single doctor’s licence has been cancelled in the recent past – which goes to show that corrupt doctors are left scot free.
Aamir also spoke to retired Major General Jhingon who was in charge of inspection at the MCI, and had resigned from his post as he was completely disillusioned by the way the body was functioning. He was shocked to see, “Everything was meant in terms of paisa, paisa, paisa.”
The show also gave an insight into the traumatic condition of women in Andhra Pradesh who were forced to undergo uterus operations for no specific reason.
Aamir, with the help of Dr. Shamit Sharma from Rajasthan, enlightened viewers by informing them about generic medicines that are available at affordable cost and are in no way inferior to the branded medicines produced by celebrated pharmaceutical companies.
The show also spoke about Dr. Devi Shetty and his noble scheme that allows poor people to get medical treatment at affordable rates.Veteran Dr. Gulati also urged the government to prioritise health schemes so that even the poor could lead a healthy life.
Rowdy Rathore – Will it be a Hit or Flop..???
(By Purvi Chaudhary) The new movie Rowdy Rathore releasing on 1st June, 2012 starring Akshay kumar and Sonakshi Sinha. As seen in the promos of the movie it is quite similar to Salman Khans “ Dabangg ”.
From the Rowdy style to the fight sequence even the role played by Sonakshi seems to be the same as it was in “Dabangg”
The concept of having an impactful line like all Salman khan movies even Akshay kumar has the same style and has few such lines like “Rathore…. Vikram Rathore! Naam sunthehi ******* Mein Bhukam Aagaya N ? ”
Its seems that Akshay has quite inspired by Salman khan movies.
Let’s see who the audience like more Vikram Rathod or Chulbull Pandey.
